We provide real time resources including Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) and Building Management Systems (BMS) to assist your OC staff in analyzing data, quickly identifying problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with site technicians and other OCs, and track problems through resolution. For severe conditions that are impossible to anticipate, such as a power failure or a cut fiber optic cable, we will assist your team to establish procedures to move the entire operation to a designated backup OC and immediately dispatch technicians to return your operation to normal.
